On behalf of the Doumeng and Nieboer family, as well as the entire staff at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, we are grateful for the opportunity to reopen and welcome our amazing resort guests back to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
Our resort family is deeply committed to continuing our legacy of being a standard bearer in customer service, safety and well-being for guests & staff.
Recognizing the need for standards of proper social distancing, cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting practices, we’ve implemented health and safety protocols to ensure the highest measures of well-being across all areas of the resort.
A Message for Non-Resort Guests
At this time, we will be focusing our energy and efforts specifically on the safety, health and well-being of resort guests and our co-workers. Therefore, Bolongo Bay Beach Resort — including restaurant, bar and pool — will remain closed to outside guests until at least July 13th. Of course, the beach remains open to the public. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, much sooner than later.
